Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ivona Skelo, we want you to love your purchase. Please read the following returns policy carefully before completing your order. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below.

Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing

We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items returned within 7 days of receiving your item  

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • No refunds are issued for change of mind
  • Return postage for online orders is the buyer’s responsibility

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital credit code and is valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated.

FAULTY ITEMS — AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

If your item is faulty, defective, not as described, or has a major failure, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

To lodge a faulty item claim, please email:

Include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the fault
  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the fault and provide the appropriate remedy. Refunds for faulty goods will only be issued where required by law.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY

  1. Email ivonaskelo9@gmail.com to request a return authorisation.
  2. Once approved, return the item to the address provided in your email.
  3. Exchanges or store credit will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Store credits & exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days once your return is received.
  • Refunds for faulty goods (only when legally required) are issued back to the original payment method.
  • We cannot issue refunds to a different card or name.
