Returns & Refunds Policy
At Ivona Skelo, we want you to love your purchase. Please read the following returns policy carefully before completing your order. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items returned within 7 days of receiving your item
To qualify:

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

No refunds are issued for change of mind

Return postage for online orders is the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or an error was made on our behalf. In cases where a return is accepted due to a change of mind or personal preference, only the purchase price of the item will be refunded. Original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital credit code and is valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
FAULTY ITEMS — AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
If your item is faulty, defective, not as described, or has a major failure, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

We will assess the fault and provide the appropriate remedy. Refunds for faulty goods will only be issued where required by law.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Online Orders

Once approved, return the item to the address provided in your email.

Exchanges or store credit will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
PROCESSING TIME

Store credits & exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days once your return is received.

Refunds for faulty goods (only when legally required) are issued back to the original payment method.

We cannot issue refunds to a different card or name.
