- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $200 and above
FLAT-RATE SHIPPING
For orders below the free-shipping thresholds:
- Express Shipping: $19
- Standard Shipping: $15
PROCESSING TIMES
In-Stock Products: Orders for items available now are processed within 1–2 business days.
Pre-Order Products: Pre-order items have a clearly stated dispatch date on their product page. Please refer to this date before purchasing, as your order will ship once the pre-order stock arrives.
During peak periods (sales, new collections), processing times may vary slightly.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (metro areas may be faster)
- Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.

Ivona Skelo is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party. However if we come across this problem our team will do our best to resolve this issue with the customer and postage partner. Ivona Skelo is not liable for any lost or stolen parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer a flat-rate international shipping fee of $50 AUD on all orders. All parcels are shipped express via DHL, our most trusted global courier, to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery typically takes 5–15 days, depending on your location and your country’s customs processing times. Please note that all duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Ivona Skelo is not liable for any additional charges incurred through customs.
DUTIES, TAXES AND GST
All Ivona Skelo garments are inclusive of GST. Please keep in mind international parcels may be subject to duties and taxes. This is dependant on the countries customs policy and payable by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items returned within 7 days of receiving your item
To qualify:
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- No refunds are issued for change of mind
- Return postage for online orders is the buyer’s responsibility
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital credit code and is valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
